Working across languages and borders
We run projects in English, German and Polish. That covers meetings, documentation, the software itself and support after launch. German-speaking clients can work with us entirely in German, and Polish clients get contracts and invoices in Polish.
Because we are an EU company, the legal side is straightforward. Business clients in other EU countries receive a reverse-charge invoice without Polish VAT. Visiting us in Krakow
Our office is at Mogilska 43, a few minutes from Rondo Mogilskie and one tram stop from Kraków Główny, the main railway station. Krakow Airport is about 30 minutes away by train or taxi. If you are planning a visit, we will book a room for a workshop and can usually arrange it within a week.
You do not have to come to Krakow to work with us. Most projects run fully remotely, with video calls for reviews and a shared project board for everything else. Clients who do visit tend to do it once, for the kick-off, and then stay remote.
