Coding Moose builds custom web applications for small and medium businesses that have outgrown those workarounds. We are a software company in Krakow, Poland, working with clients in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland and the United States, and we specialise in tools that replace manual work rather than software for its own sake.

Examples of custom web applications we have delivered
The Place, a restaurant and cake business in Poland, was taking orders through Instagram messages and phone calls. Messages were missed in busy hours and lost entirely after closing. We built an online ordering application with a menu, customisable products, delivery scheduling, Apple Pay, Google Pay and BLIK payments, and an admin panel for the team. Our approach: MVP first, then iterate
The most expensive software is the software that was built and never used. We avoid that with a simple rule: launch the smallest version that removes real work, then extend it based on what people actually do.
- Discovery call. A free thirty-minute conversation about the process you want to fix. We ask for the current spreadsheets and screenshots, not a specification.
- Planning workshop. We define the core workflow, the data model, the integrations and what is explicitly out of scope for the first version. You receive a written scope, a fixed price and a timeline.
- Weekly iterations. Every week you see a working increment and can try it with real data. Course corrections happen when they are cheap.
- Launch and handover. We deploy, train your team and hand over the source code and documentation.
- Phase two, if it earns its place. Once the MVP is in daily use, the next features are obvious and easy to prioritise.
Technology built to last
Our core stack is React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js and PostgreSQL, hosted on AWS in EU data centres; for mobile we use React Native. We choose these because they are stable, well-documented and easy for any competent developer to pick up, which protects you from depending on one vendor. Hosting for most small-business applications costs a few dollars to a few tens of dollars a month, in an account you control.
Performance, accessibility and security are part of the build, not an add-on: fast load times on mobile, keyboard-accessible interfaces, encrypted data in transit and at rest, and role-based access from day one.
What you get at handover
At the end of the project you receive the full source code in a repository you own, the database, the deployment configuration, written documentation for your team and a short handover session. If you later decide to work with another developer, they can pick the project up without asking us for anything. Most clients still choose a maintenance package for updates and new features, but that is a choice, not a requirement.
